Your vital measurements are important to your health. Height, weight, blood pressure, temperature, BMI-body mass index, lab values etc. are all units of measure that can be used as part of your overall health assessment.

 Know your numbers, write them down and carry this information with you. This is important information. Knowing your numbers will contribute to your ability to monitor your own health and wellness. Talk to your doctor and treatment team about what each measure means and how these measures can be used to determine the impact of health and or illness on your body.
